DEPOSIT: A £50 deposit will confirm your Mini Break booking payable by cheque, credit or debit card

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We recommend that you insure your holiday at the following rates:-

Daily Rate £5: One Week £20: Two weeks £30:

EXTRAS; Dogs £15 each per Mini Break.

Linen £12 per set :Towels £5 per set: Duvet & Sheets £15 per bed

ELECTRICITY by £1 slot meter

BOOKING FEE will be added to all Mini Breaks of £10

CAR PARKING Free for one car, additional cars may be parked in the multi-storey car park close by..

SECURITY Our flat are protected by coded locks and security systems.

If you intend to arrive after 1700 please advise us in order that special access arrangements may be made.

ACCOMMODATION for Mini Breaks is available from 12.00 on arrival to 10.00 on departure day.

LONG WINTER LETS - Residential accommodation

From the period October to April we are able to offer long lets subject to a minimum of six weeks:-

1 - 2 persons £90 per week, per flat: 3 - 5 persons £109 per week per flat.

Long lets are a special arrangement; please contact our reception office for full information and application form.

* no discounts are available on Mini Breaks or Long Winter Lets
